Bookings and Cancellation Policy (Sessions & Events) 2025


As you are aware the club is run by volunteers and employs some of the best quality coaches in the region. Our training & events programme is completely not-for-profit and often heavily subsidised by the fundraising activities of the club. Our Block payments are incredibly good value, and allow for missed sessions and still be better off than booking on a PAYG pay-as-you-go basis (where available). Our PAYG pay-as-you-go sessions are priced accordingly to reflect the flexibility of booking.


We try to keep the administration of our bookings to a minimum which enables us to keep our prices at such good value, therefore, there are a few conditions that are applicable to your booking. The Club has a number of fixed costs to cover at all our Coaching sessions meaning Cancellations can leave the Club out-of-pocket and potentially lead to increased session costs.


In the event the Club has to cancel a session due to reasons such as weather, technical issues, illness etc, a refund of the session will be returned in full to you.. This may be processed at the end of the term/block, but the Club will endeavour to process this sooner, we aim to do this within 24 hours of the cancelled session.


In the event you are not able to attend a session you will not be entitled to a credit or a refund, this is regardless of the notice provided. Sessions are also non-transferable. 


In the event of injury or serious illness a refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Training Coordinator and/or Head Coach, this will be processed at the end of the term/block so may not be processed straight away. You will be required to apply for this in writing to the Club (email). A doctor's note may be required.


Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis with good reason (long term injury or illness for example), you will be required to apply for this in writing to the Club (email) and this will be at the discretion of the Training Coordinator and/or Head Coach, if a refund is approved you will also be charged a 10% administration fee (10% of the refund value) this is to cover the costs of processing the refund. A doctor's note may be required.
